Within GFSS, SAP employees have an opportunity to handle end-to-end high-quality finance services to SAP customers throughout the Globe.

**Expectations and tasks**

**Daily Tasks**:

- Posting of incoming vendor invoices
- Procurement Operations quality check
- Vendor accounts maintenance, including open items management
- Month end closing activities for Accounts Payable
- Interface to Finance & Accounting teams
- Support of rollout projects
- End user support
- Supplier communication and support (Helpdesk via tickets, chat)
- Communication with purchasing and accounting departments

**Work experience**
- Work experience in accounting preferred
- Experience with SAP system is an advantage
- Procure to pay experience is preferred

**Education and qualifications**
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
- Student of Finance, Business or Programming
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge on Ariba and/or Fieldglass is an advantage

- Team player with strong work ethics
- Orientation on quality and process efficiency
- Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and commitment
- Good Listening skills and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude
