**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**

Full Stack Development:

- Django Framework Expertise: Proficiency in Django ORM, and Django REST framework with familiarity with Django Ninja. Understanding of Django's security features.
- Database Management: Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and optimizing database queries for performance. Familiarity with Django migrations for database schema changes.
- Payment Integration: Knowledge of integrating payment gateways (such as Stripe, RevenueCat) using their APIs. Understanding of payment workflows, including subscriptions, and secure handling of payment information.
- Authentication and Authorization: Deep understanding of Django's authentication system. Experience implementing custom user models and third-party authentication providers (OAuth, JWT).
- Performance Optimization: Ability to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance. This includes Django query optimizations, caching strategies (e.g., Memcached, Redis), and understanding of middleware.
- API Development: Experience in designing, developing, and documenting RESTful APIs. Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
- Version Control and DevOps: Proficiency in Git. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with containerization (Docker).
- AI and ML Integration: Although not required, understanding how to work with AI models and integrating machine learning algorithms is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a large codebase supporting several frontend clients (mobile, frontend, third party clients, and enterprise healthcare).

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Solid understanding of back-end development using languages such as Python, and proficiency in working with databases (SQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and deployment tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, Heroku) is a plus.
- Knowledge of web security principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed
- Demonstrated can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proficiency in back-end development using languages like Python, and familiarity with frameworks like Django and Flask.
- Strong understanding of database management and design, including experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), and the ability to implement automated testing and deployment pipelines.
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and the ability to work in an iterative and collaborative development environment.
- Participation in open-source projects or contributions to the developer community, showcasing a passion for learning and sharing knowledge
