As an **EOSH Coordinator **you will be responsible for the supervision of Environmental and Occupational Safety areas in both Concentrate plant & Distribution Center; assurance implementation and compliance of EOSH corporative requirements and applicable local laws, action plans development, historical data evaluation, capability development and plan and execute key projects to reach company purpose in Safety, Energy consumption and Water usage.
**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Supervise the activities of the sustainability team (three analysts and three external consultants) assuring that all associates and third-party service providers from 2 operational facilities comply with Company safety and environmental requirements and local legislation.
- Assure the implementation and execution of programs and procedures supporting The Coca-Cola Quality System - KORE Requirements, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001, OE Philosophy and Continuous Improvement.
- Analyze, develop actions, and assure compliance with City Hall, National & International applicable EOSH regulations as well as Company requirements. Participate in discussions with local entities, governmental or private, on matters and issues referent to environmental control and occupational health. Participate in expertise evaluations and legal audiences regarding work, whenever necessary. Communication and interaction with local community representatives, NGOs, regulatory authorities, and other groups of interest.
- Promote safe working conditions and minimize accidents / incidents. Work collaboratively with Occupational Physician to promote healthy working conditions, taking into consideration high risk activities in NH3 Handling and Frozen Chamber storage conditions.
- Analyze projects and industrial process changes or modifications to determine their impacts on EOSH and the most adequate mitigation measures. Handle a 250K USD annual CAPEX budget and 600K USD annual OPEX budget, ensuring all suppliers and processes meet company requirements.
- Supervise Wastewater Treatment Plant operation (third party service), assuring all parameters are in accordance with corporate requirements and Local regulations. Act accordingly whenever a deviation takes place to meet corporate and law requirements
- Establish Environmental and Occupational Safety objectives and goals for CPS AR on an annual basis helping in the planning, administration and improvement of programs designed to achieve strategic objectives and goals aligned with CPS. Monitor and Analyze plant´s Environmental & Occupational Safety performance metrics monthly.
**Qualification & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree from university on both matters (Safety and Environmental)
- 3- 5 years’ experience on similar positions
- Environmental and Occupational Safety management
- Knowledge of effluents treatment analysis
- Knowledge of legislation on Environment and Occupational Safety, Norms and regulations: ISO 14001/ OHSAS 18001
- English: Fluent written and spoken English
