**Purpose**:Positions holders are responsible at varying levels for providing administrative and secretarial services to the organisation. Activities include producing documents, collecting, recording, sorting and filing data, preparing reports and presentations, making travel arrangements, planning office events and meetings, arranging appointments, responding to inquiries, data entry, and operating office equipment. Also includes responsibilities for reception/telephone and greeting visitors.
**Accountability Level**:Entry level professionals or highly experienced operations/technical/support Jobs. Typically completed higher education/qualification or requires expert technical operational knowledge of procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience. First point of escalation for non-routine situations. Provides assistance and training to lower level employees.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide a first-class customer service role across the business, both internally and externally.
- Organise travel, including booking transportations and organising required visas/documentation and inoculations and cost reporting.
- Controlling and ordering office supplies, managing messages and other correspondence.
- Support all departments with administrative or organising tasks, etc.
- Diary Management, collation of presentations, prepare/maintain records of agenda and minutes.
- Data management including updating of invoices/PO into the relevant system.
**Typical Experience**:University Degree / Specialised Diploma / Vocational Training
