**About the role**:
We’re looking for an exceptional Product Lead to drive the next stage of growth for our high-velocity D2C digital product. We’re past the 0 1 stage and now entering a scale-up phase — your mission will be to help us 10x our impact over the next 3-6 months.
This is not a standard 9-to-5 job. Even though we’re fully remote, the pace is fast, the bar is high, and the work is intense. You’ll thrive here if you’re energized by ownership, challenge, and speed — and want to build something exceptional with people who care deeply about quality and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for rapid scaling.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, and design teams to deliver user-focused, data-backed improvements.
- Drive continuous experimentation — from conversion funnel optimization to feature prioritization.
- Balance user experience with commercial outcomes to maximize retention and LTV.
- Establish clear processes and structure within a fast-moving environment while keeping the entrepreneurial energy alive.
- Identify opportunities for automation, new product lines, and strategic growth bets.
**Qualifications**:
- Has 5+ years in product management, ideally in D2C or subscription-based digital products.
- Experience as a founder, early employee, or product leader in a fast-growing startup.
- Deep understanding of data-driven growth, conversion funnels, and user psychology.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impact under pressure.
- Energized by solving hard problems, owning decisions, and operating autonomously.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
