About the role
This role is 100% on-site in our Bogotá, Medellín, or Buenos Aires offices, designed for those who value in-person teamwork and a vibrant office culture. You will own the technical execution of complex C++ projects, bridging the gap between U.
S. innovation and local execution to build robust systems that solve real-world problems for our clients. What you will do:
- 5+ years of experience in C++ programming with a BS/MS in Computer Science.
- On-site presence: Dedicated to working alongside the team at our physical locations.
- Linux Expertise: Strong background in development within Linux ecosystems.
- Data & Versioning: Solid experience with MS SQL Server and GIT for version control.
- Efficiency: Skillful use of Copilot and other modern tools to deliver high-quality, clean code.
- Professionalism: Strong communication in English and a highly responsible approach to project deadlines. Nice if you have:
- Experience with multi-threading and real-time processing.
- Familiarity with C++11/14/17/20 standards.
- Previous experience working with enterprise-level U.
