Senior Email Marketing Manager

**Job Type**: Full-Time Contractor
**Workplace**: Remote (LATAM preferred, PST hours)
**Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM PST
**Compensation**: USD $1,500-$2,000/month (DOE)

**You will**:
- Architect multi-branch automation flows that scale across campaigns and triggers.
- Build predictive segments to personalize offers and drive repeat purchases.
- Analyze cohort performance, revenue attribution, and deliverability metrics.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to align brand voice and growth KPIs.
Manage integrations and optimize sender reputation for maximum inbox placement.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years as a Klaviyo power user managing automations and predictive analytics
- Demonstrated experience with data segmentation and revenue attribution reporting
- Proven record of optimizing deliverability and sender reputation across campaigns
- Authorized to work as an independent contractor; remote role aligned to PST hours
- Reliable wired internet connection (25 Mbps+) with backup option
