ExxonMobil at our Global Business Center (GBC) in Buenos Aires, with more than 18 years of presence in the country and a workforce of more than 2800 employees, that provides support to an extensive portfolio of businesses across the globe. Our offices are located at Catalinas and Puerto Madero areas.

**What role you will play in our team**:

- Supports LVC in maintaining ensuring accurate product data within our product management system.
- Follows relevant processes and coordinates assessments to ensure regulatory and claims data are compliant and manages timely updates.

**What you will do**:

- Support the Product Management and Integrity System (ProMIS) enabling the central management of lubricant product formulations, raw material specifications, performance claims.
- Ensure accurate, effective, and timely updates into ProMIS system:

- Formulation Introductions and Changes (product, raw material and formulation updates): Requires potential interface with EMRE Products Technology Development, Products Technology Deployment / BSA Technical, MBU Technical, Procurement, Operations and Suppliers.
- Performance & Quality claims: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Brand Approval process and product performance and testing requirements for specific lines of business
- Product Stewardship: Maintain Link with Product Stewardship team on key ProMIS interfaces, including coordination of MSDS reviews & updates required for ProMIS product & formulation changes.
- Raw Materials Specifications & Variations: Interface with EMRE Products Technology Development, Products Technology Deployment, Technical, Procurement and Suppliers to manage component introductions and changes, as well as quality variation issues.
- Support Claims management / Claims Review: Maintain centralized product performance claim documentation
- Conduct ECR (Engineering Change Record) Analysis and planning
- Ensure all activities conform to the expectations set forth in the BPIMS Framework
- Conduct regulatory compliance management and case resolution
- Identify opportunities for ECR sequencing, process/system improvement opportunities

**About you**:

- Communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in English language
- Bachelors degree in STEM discipline
- Process orientation
- Ability to understand broader business objectives/priorities, knowledge of product lifecycle processes and basic formulation knowledge desirable 1-3 years with data input/integrity systems (manufacturing/claims Management Information Systems
- Experience with “ProMIS” (Product “ProMIS” (Product Management Information System) system experience ideal
- Management of change experience preferred
