Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) serves more than 64 million consumers and 4 million small businesses with a broad range of financial services, including personal banking, small business lending, mortgages, credit cards, payments, auto finance and investment advice.

The JPMorgan Chase Legal Department is responsible for providing legal services to the Corporation and is organized by practice groups that generally align with the firm’s lines of business and corporate staff areas. This structure encourages legal teams, businesses and staff areas to address legal, regulatory and business developments effectively and in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal support to the CCB Data and Analytics Organization, assisting in assessing overall data use risk, advising on data use-related policies and standards, and advising senior management on data use risks broadly
- Assist in supporting key CCB or consumer data-driven initiatives, particularly those leveraging alternative data or new technologies, and other data initiatives across the firm
- Assist GC and other firm stakeholders in developing an effective regulatory engagement and advocacy strategy on data use-related issues
- Assist in tracking and reporting on legal obligations applicable to data use and privacy

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- At least 2-5 years of legal experience and significant financial regulatory expertise
- Familiarity with US federal and state data privacy and data security laws; Fair Credit Reporting Act; UDAAP; Regulation E; and other consumer protection laws
- Strong analytical, organizational, strategic and written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large number of issues simultaneously and effectively advise and engage management
