Explore-Share, an online booking platform for guided adventures around the world, is looking for a Community Manager to join its team remotely. The platform lists more than 13,000 outdoor trips in more than 100 countries, all of them led by over 2000 local certified guides. Our team is based all over the world, with offices in Buenos Aires and Brussels.
At Explore-Share we believe outdoor adventures enrich people’s lives and that experienced, local guides help make these experiences unique.

The role: This person's task will be to build a process centralizing content generated by our users (reviews, stories, pictures & videos from travelers & guides). This content will be used for several purposes including the social media channels.

TASKS

Develop & Manage the Explore-Share Social Media Channels to:

- Manage all the company's social networks being a bridge between Explore-Share and its audience.
- Strengthen the brand and its reach among the community of adventure travelers.
- Strengthen the collaboration with the community of guides we work with.
- Give a strong voice to Explore-Share's activities, mission, values, dynamic, impact, etc.
- Acquire new users, encouraging user-generated content, and leveraging community advocates to spread positive word-of-mouth.
- Retain/Maintain an indirect link with the people who have used the platform before
- Generate opportunities for new partnerships and collaborations with Influencers and companies active in the travel industry.
- Use of ai for generating content in social media

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Social Media & Community Management Expertise
- Track record managing Meta accounts
- Storytelling
- Multimedia Content Creation (text, images and videos)
- Analytics and Data Interpretation
- Collaboration and Communication with the entire Explore-Share team.
- High level of English (Advanced or bilingual)
- Industry knowledge
- Outdoor enthusiasts (practicing regularly at least 2 of the activity types listed on the website, ideally one practiced during the winter, the other during the summer)
- Fulltime
