Our Tutor Reviewers play a critical role in supporting students throughout their learning journey. They are responsible for assessing student projects, providing detailed feedback, guiding them in improving their work to industry standards, and offering direct assistance in understanding complex concepts. This role ensures that students receive comprehensive, actionable feedback on their projects and timely guidance on challenges they encounter.

**Requirements**:

- Communication Skills: Strong written English skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and provide constructive, supportive feedback.
- Passion for Tutoring: A patient and approachable attitude, able to break down challenging concepts for students, guiding them to grow in their skills and understanding.
- Proficiency in Circle: Comfortable engaging with students on Circle, both in group settings and one-on-one.
- Commitment: Willing to work full-time aligned with US time zones.
- Adaptability: Readiness to dedicate time to both detailed project reviews and active tutoring, with a balance of structured and flexible hours.

What you will do:

- Review and assess student projects based on our program's standards and best practices.
- Provide detailed, written feedback on projects, pointing out errors, highlighting areas for improvement, and guiding students on how to meet professional standards.
- Communicate with students on Discord in text
- Deal with different questions from students including a deeper explanation of theory, helping with code debugging, helping understanding the task, pointing out difference between concepts, supporting and navigating students in their projects, and clarify any review-feedback questions.
- Proactively identify students who need more in-depth assistance and provide targeted support.

Office Hours:

- Option 1: Tuesday-Saturday 17:00-01:00 EST
- Option 2: Thursday 9:00-17:00 EST
