**About The Role**:
Leads the technical part of localization projects, performs and coordinates the engineering work, coordinates the deliveries from the suppliers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Launch projects immediately after they come in and are confirmed by the Project Manager.
- Stay on top of notifications and make sure vendor issues are sorted as quickly as possible.
- Flag issues to Project Manger/Vendor Relations Manager/Linguistic Service Manager as needed.
- Cooperates with the project manager on the technical preparation of the project, its execution and final evaluation.
- Coordinates and performs project engineering tasks, monitors tasks status and the performance of engineers.
- Assures the engineering work is being performed correctly, according to the project instructions, per deadlines and quality requirements.
- Analyses and tracks project tasks and deliverables.
- Coordinates the deliveries from the suppliers and monitors their status.
- Suggests and implements project engineering workflow and tools.
- Participates in the implementation of new tools, their testing and evaluation.
- Directly communicates with project team, support departments, partners and clients under the supervision of project manager or Senior Localization Lead.
- Performs final quality checks before delivery to the client.
- Documents internal processes and work instructions.
- Identifies risks and inefficiencies in engineering processes and suggests solutions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor´s degree on translation or interest in IT, is preferred.
- Upper intermediate English.
- Great organization skills.
- Good written communication skills.
- A thorough eye for detail.
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheet is required - does not need to be advanced.
