**Responsibilities**:

- Architect backend systems for high scalability, availability, and performance.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs to expand platform functionality.
- Develop internal tools supporting operations, workflows, and machine learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with frontend, product, and data teams to deliver impactful features rapidly.
- Ensure security, testing, and proper documentation of all backend systems.
- Optimize infrastructure for a fast-growing user base with high performance expectations.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a **Backend** or **Fullstack Engineer**.
- Strong expertise in **Node.js**, **TypeScript**, **PostgreSQL**, and **Azure Search**.
- Proven success in building and scaling **eCommerce** or **marketplace platforms**.
- Deep understanding of **cloud platforms** (Azure or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools like **Docker**, **Kubernetes**, and **Terraform**.
- Solid coding practices: reusable components, test-driven development, and scalable architecture (e.g., event-driven, microservices).
- Comfortable iterating quickly in a fast-paced startup environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly.
