**A Day in the Life**
- Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Develop demand forecasts by analyzing historic demand data as well as by collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, etc. for your product portfolio. Maintain unit forecast in the planning system.
- Partner closely with Marketing on demand planning for new product launches, product phase-in-phase-out, and product obsolescence. This includes helping Marketing to translate market intel into demand unit forecast, and to align on demand forecast and revenue assumptions. This also includes proper phase out / cannibalization planning for existing products.
- Lead Tactical Demand Reviews and support Consensus Demand Reviews as part of monthly Integrated Business Planning process.
- Actively participate in weekly Sales & Operations Execution process by providing demand forecast highlights and ensuring smooth demand/supply hand-off
- Analyze forecast accuracy, forecast bias and forecast value add, recommend, and take action to improve the metrics
- Review statistical models and provide timely feedback
- Maintain the integrity of demand planning data, including demand history, product hierarchy and other master data.
- Lead or participate in process improvement projects with the objectives of improving forecast bias, forecast accuracy and the ease of work.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning
- 1 year of experience in supply planning required
- Experience in forecasting management required
- Experience in planning systems required
- Advanced Excel skills required
- English: advanced required
