**Associate Recruiter, Talent Acquisition **- English speaker** - Buenos Aires, Argentina**

You’ll be part of the LACA Talent Acquisition team. Your scope is regional. You will be able to develop and gain experience in the End-to-end Recruitment process to High Volume hires.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Support the recruiting and hiring process with high-volume positions and other roles as required.
- Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) recruitment software (Workday) and meticulously handle job offers for potential employees.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines, and departmental policies and procedures.

**Role Requirements**
- Be a student or have a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience related to recruitment and selection processes.
- Advanced English level is required.
- You must have good time management and organizational skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across multi functions and multi levels.
- At least three years’ experience working in a multinational environment with recruitment-related responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, as well as a strong working knowledge of ATS software such as Workday.
- A detail-oriented personality, with the ability to multitask and work proactively and independently.
- Good communication skills and understanding of a multicultural environment are required.
