**_ What you will be doing?_**
- _ Be part of the month-end close process by analyzing key variables, monitoring provisions and expenses, calculating and analyzing results by market, balance sheet exposures, and identifying sources of deviation versus budget._
- _ Review monthly department expenditures and identify cost improvement opportunities._
- _ Collaborate in the monthly accounting closing process and other accounting and controlling activities._
- _ Participate in the monthly/quarterly rolling forecast and annual budget processes._
- _ Continuous contact and collaboration with various teams, including Treasury, Operations and Internal Audit._
- _ Support the Commercial team with business cases analysis, actively contributing to maximize company results._
- _ Be in constant search of opportunities of effectiveness and efficiency in the way we work; great opportunity to redefine processes and tools that allow us to be more agile and increase the time available for analysis._

**_ QUALIFICATIONS_**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field._
- 3 years in a similar position._
- Exceptional analytical skills, balancing accuracy and efficiency in the analysis._
- Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation._
- Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills._
- Organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work with tight deadlines._
- Proven experience with business intelligence, reporting and data visualization software (i.e.: Power BI, Qlik Sense, etc.)._
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment_
- Experience in Financial Services / Fintech industries is a plus._
- English is mandatory._
- Portuguese is a plus._

This is a remote position
