We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer for a company that is building a customer acquisition platform for B2B companies. This person must be a pragmatic engineer who has an eye for detail and a proven track record of building and scaling sophisticated, reliable, and user-friendly systems.
You will have an opportunity to work on cutting-edge data and AI systems that power novel user experiences. You will be joining a team composed of early engineers on products such as Snapchat, Playdom, AWS, and Amazon Alexa.
**Responsibilities**:
- Full-stack/Backend developers with 6+ years of experience developing green field projects.
- Technically proficient individual contributors with a strong focus on speed, simplicity, performance, and security.
- Experience with NextJS and Typescript is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with database technologies, specifically Postgres, with additional experience in Kafka and the modern data stack is considered beneficial.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging tools (e.g., Datadog, Sentry).
**Requirements**:
- 6+ years of experience create green field projects (from scratch) with a high sense of product design.
- Working with design and implementing features.
- Delivering high-quality, efficient, reusable, and reliable code with automated tests for maintenance and confidence in our releases.
- Being comfortable switching between different parts of our stack: Application backend, and Data infrastructure.
- Driving technical excellence and innovation, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
**Shcedule**:
- Full-time (8 hours a day / 5 days a week)
**What we offer**:
- Gross monthly salary 3,000 to 4,500 USD
- Free lance employment agreement
- 100% remote position
Pay: $2,800,000.00 - $4,250,000.00 per month
