**Role Overview**
Open Management is seeking a **Digital Marketing Strategist** to lead the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy. This individual will focus on sourcing qualified leads for our homes listed for sale or rent through innovative and data-driven marketing approaches. If you are passionate about digital marketing, a Google Ads and strategy expert, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Digital Marketing Strategy**: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to source leads for homes listed for sale or rent.
- **Google Ads Campaigns**: Create, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and drive high-quality traffic.
- **Landing Page Optimization**: Build and/or optimize web pages and landing pages with strong calls to action to enhance conversion rates and generate leads.
- **Data Analysis**: Use data to inform decision-making, monitor campaign performance, and optimize for key performance metrics.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Implement strategies and tactics to improve user experience and conversion rates across digital touchpoints.
- **System & Process Building**: Establish and refine marketing systems and processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- **Collaboration**: Work cross-functionally with other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a **Digital Marketing Strategist** or in a similar role.
- Expertise in **Google Ads**: campaign creation, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in building and optimizing landing pages for conversion.
- Strong understanding of **conversion rate optimization (CRO)** principles and best practices.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze, interpret, and act on campaign data.
- Ability to work independently and build systems/processes with mínimal direction.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a strong sense of ownership.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with **digital marketing funnels** and paid acquisition strategies.
- Background in **real estate marketing** or a strong understanding of the real estate industry.
- Experience working with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and WordPress.
