**About The Role**
As **Category Manager Specialist** you will be responsible for designing the strategies for the development of our categories together with the clients, defining:
- Category Knowledge
- Category Optimization
- Join Category Planning
You will also growth the knowledge of the main insights detected by the client to the sales team with the aim of increasing our business and leadership.
**What You Will Do**
- Understand the role of the category within the RE that is in charge of Inidirect Trade and Drugs & Pharmacies and design the ideal gondola for each environment
- Develop e-guidebooks for different categories and consolidate shoppers experiences to detect the insights that help us make the category profitable
- Build the training plan for merchandisers at the national level for the environments in charge of, consolidating the most effective communication tools and ensuring the Planograms Compliance of their RE
- Carry out the analysis and follow-up of the clients in charge regarding the Brand Profitability
- Write and develop Selling Stories to influence the Customer Development teams and customers regarding the recommendations of Assortment and Ideal Gondola, expanding the business opportunities detected
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related
- More than 2 years of experience in Category Management in the CPG industry
- Intermediate - advanced English level
- Knowledge of planning software (Spaceman, Prospace/Space Planning) and management of market information (Nielsen, Kantar Panel, CCR) is a plus
