We are a local home improvement company based in Southern California. We're looking for someone to help support calling our applicants, screening them to see if they're a good fit for our open positions and scheduling zoom interviews for our managers to conduct. If you describe yourself as professional, positive, meticulous, adaptable, and sincerely enjoy connecting and communicating with people, we’d love to hear from you.

The responsibilities of our outbound caller include:

- posting job postings (descriptions can be provided, but some research will be required on your part)
- calling and screening applicants
- Scheduling Zoom meeting for the supervisor

You should also monitor new and existing employees and act as their advocate.
This may lead to future growth within the team

The recruiter can be remote as long as they're capable of doing all tasks necessary.

Strong communication skills are key characteristics to be successful in this position.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $358.00 - $359.00 per hour
