**Your responsibilities**
- Manage full-funnel Facebook & Instagram campaigns
- Perform critical optimization and a/b testing to achieve marketing KPIs based on CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, including audience targeting, budget, creative content, campaign types, landing pages, and more.
- Perform regular account health audits to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns, ad sets, ads, etc.
- Contribute and execute cost-effective campaign strategies to support integrated campaigns
- Measure and analyze campaign performance using various metrics, plus provide marketing reports and recommendations to the team
- Collaborate with designer and copywriter for creative requirements
- Stay on top of industry trends on relevant social media platforms and perform regular competitor analysis.
What's good to have **(Bonus if you have skills with: )**
- Experience in managing campaigns on TikTok, Snapchat, Waze, Reddit, Pinterest, and Linkedin
- Experience in using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Skills in copywriting and graphic design
- Experience in effective creative direction
- Experience in managing paid Google Ad campaigns
- Work experience with lifestyle, outdoor, electric vehicles or e-commerce industry
**Your qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of paid advertising experience on Facebook & Instagram
- Must have a strong affinity for data and analytics
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics dashboards
- Good understanding of Shopify and other eCommerce platforms.
- Configure and manage FB pixels
- Familiarity with customer journey and lifecycle, including customer retention principles.
- Comfortable in a highly entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and lean team.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Pay: $1,230.00 - $1,845.00 per hour
