Team Structure:

- You will work directly with the Aper's Head of Engineering, Moreover, you will work closely with the following teams: Product teams, ,Quality Control, Marketing and Sales, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of developers and engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure project success.
- Design and implement software solutions, ensuring that they are scalable, maintainable, and efficient.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure that coding standards are met.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, estimate project timelines, and prioritize tasks.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively take measures to mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on web development.
- Strong knowledge of web development technologies such as JavaScript, and relevant frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with server-side technologies, such as PHP, Node.js.
- Proven experience in team leadership, project management, and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments.
