**Description**:

We are striving to have one of the most comprehensive offerings and product innovations for both esports and traditional sports betting. These include the gamification of betting (your favorite RPG game meets betting), MMOGGs (massive multiple online gambling games), and some other top secret ideas in the works.

As the highest engaged esports betting brand in the world we’re now looking to step things up, and that’s where we’re looking at you, Senior Gameplay Programmer, to join our Games team on Rushlane and other unannounced projects. Working in collaboration with a producer and designer you will help create innovative social multiplayer games to complement our existing web products.

**The role**:
Acting as Senior Gameplay Programmer for our Games team, you will act as the technical foundation for ongoing development of Rushlane, and several new gameplay prototypes with social/multiplayer mechanics from ideation through production. Collaborating with a Producer, artists, designers, and backend/frontend engineering teams you will have direct influence over the development of new gameplay experiences and the evolution of our core game technologies.
- Set technical mandates, processes, and architecture for the Games team
- Design and program gameplay features
- Resolve technical issues and bugs
- Act as a mentor
- Collaborate with Product Engineering team to design cross-production solutions and APIs
- Own source control processes and conduct code reviews.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Extensive experience with gameplay programming with Unity C# in a studio or team environment
- Strong knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles
- Strong familiarity with client/server integration: REST API, Sockets
- Experience with build automation
- Relevant experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer
- Well-rounded knowledge of latest Unity technology: render pipelines, animation, optimization, and common third party frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
