**What you'll do for us**:
As a Customer Service Intern, your primary responsibilities will include:

- ** Sales Order Management**: Handle the processing and management of customer orders and sales orders within our system.
- ** Order Release**: Ensure the timely release of sales orders.
- ** Dispatch Calendar Creation**: Develop and maintain a dispatch calendar to guarantee the prompt delivery of shipments.
- ** Return and Replacement Management**: Oversee the handling of returns and replacements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- ** Service Indicator Reporting**: Monitor and report on service indicators, contributing to our commitment to excellence.
- ** Sales Control**: Perform regular sales control tasks to support our sales objectives.

**What are the qualifications needed**:

- ** Field of Study**: Advanced students majoring in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or Food Engineering.
- ** Language Skills**: Proficiency in English is required.
- ** Work Ethic**: Strong commitment to delivering quality work in a team-oriented environment.
- ** Availability**: Ability to work part-time (4 hours per day) in a fully on-site capacity.
