We operate global VSAT networks from our own teleports & HUBs. As part of our integral, end-to end solutions we design, implement and support onboard IT networks.

As part of our international team of support, you will be responsible for handling Tier-1 requests, provide support to our customers around the world.

As Tier 1 Technician we expect you to do:

- Monitoring our customer services and create tickets
- Follow up on customers that move around the world
- Upgrade/Downgrade services
- Balance Networks
- Answer/call our customers
- Handling our customer's requests
- Organized with the ability to multi-task
- Our team provides telecommunications support 24x7x365 days to VIP customers
- This role will be working on a defined shift of 8 hours from Monday to Friday remotely.

**Requirements**:
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent command of English (written & verbal)
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused attitude
- Ability for logical thinking and systematic troubleshooting
- Willing to participate in our intensive training that will give you all the tools needed to provide support to our customers
