**What the Job Entails**:

- Conduct **outbound calls** with potential customers and partners, engaging them in meaningful conversations about insurance solutions.
- Present and explain **Allianz insurance products** (such as health, travel, and property insurance) tailored to customer needs.
- Provide **accurate and transparent information**, guiding customers toward the best coverage options for their situation.
- Manage leads and follow up proactively to ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
- Work closely with your team and supervisors to continuously improve your communication, sales, and advisory skills.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in Spanish (C1 or higher)** — this is essential for communicating effectively with customers.
- Good command of **English** for internal communication and training.
- A passion for **customer interaction, sales, and advisory work**, with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Previous experience in **sales, customer service, or insurance** is a plus, but not required.
- Confidence in **outbound calling** and explaining complex information in a clear, friendly way.
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help people.
