S. business hours overlap required About the Opportunity We’re hiring a Senior Azure Cloud Architect to join a fast-growing, U.
S.based Microsoft cloud solutions firm. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, consulting, and pre-sales. You’ll work directly with clients to design and deliver Azure environments—from initial discovery through implementation—while guiding technical teams and influencing key business decisions. The team is lean, highly technical, and client-facing, so this role requires someone who can operate with both technical depth and strong communication skills. What You’ll Be DoingArchitecture & Solution Design
- Design and architect scalable Azure environments across a range of client use cases
- Lead cloud migration strategies (on-prem → Azure, hybrid, modernization)
- Develop end-to-end solution architectures aligned to business goals Client-Facing & Pre-Sales
- Participate in discovery sessions with clients to understand requirements
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and architecture proposals
- Support pre-sales efforts including solution discussions, proposals, and presentations Delivery & Implementation
- Guide engineering teams through implementation and deployment
- Ensure adherence to best practices across security, governance, and performance
- Support clients post-deployment to optimize cloud environments Infrastructure as Code & Best Practices
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or similar)
- Establish scalable, repeatable deployment patterns Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor engineers and contribute to architectural standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with strong focus on Azure cloud architecture:
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Azure solutions:
- Strong experience with cloud migrations and/or modernization projects:
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, ARM, Bicep, etc.)
- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-305) strongly preferred
- Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments:
- Strong English communication skills (comfortable with client discussions) Nice to Have
- Experience in Microsoft partner or consulting environments
- Exposure to multi-cloud (AWS, GCP)
- Experience working with global or distributed teams Working Setup
