**Long Description**:
**Principal Accountabilities**
- In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to: _
Items registration:
- Validating the tax classification of the registration formularies of new products next to the forwarding agent and the Tax area;
Importation Processes:
- Instructing the air and marine shipments next to the freight forwarders and suppliers in order to obtain a lower lead time, cost, and mainly to avoid problems with documentation and procedures
- Follow up the current shipments together with the orders available to instruction, in order to consolidate the maximum load in the container;
- Checking the documents related to the shipments sent by EAI/SEC
- Follow up the situation of each importation process through the information provided on the website/report of the custom broker to update the previsions of entries on the GAP system and preventive actions;
- Accomplishing the maintenance of the KPIs control, of the lead time and of the importation process costs, obtained in the monthly meetings with the service providers (forwarding agent, carriers and terminals) to achieve the established goals;
- Planning and confirming the load and delivery of the containers released in the port next to the air carriers in the receiving areas
- Attending the foreign trade regulatory authorities in the requests of importation/exportation documentation;
Exportation:
- Scheduling with the carriers and forwarding agents the goods collection;
- Issuing documents (Invoice, Packing List and Shipment Advice) for clearance and sending to the exporter;
Conciliation of the importation expenses:
- Accomplishing monthly the survey of all the payment launches concerning the processes that not entered in our stock at the turn of the month through the GAP to sending of the conciliation account, of advance and of importation, to the Financial department and Fiscal department.
**Minimum Experience Requirements**:
- B - Requires some specialist or admin experience (2- 5 years)**Education**:
