We are looking for a qualified Sr** Product Owner** to join our multinational team of product.

As a Sr** Product Owner** you will be to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and build products and features that provide the vision and strategy of the company.

**What you will be doing?**
- Participate in the definition of the product strategy and roadmap.
- Collect and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases.
- Help with business cases creation for investment.
- Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that improve the customer experience and drive growth.
- Work closely with the IT and design teams to validate the flow of our marketplace's payment methods and review design.
- Analyze market trends and competition strategies/behavior.
- Review and perform improvement of existing products.
- Creation of content and designs.
- Monitor the evolution of new features to analyze the impact on our conversion rates, to ensure the quality of the product.
- Collaborate in the identification of improvement opportunities within existing businesses, and in the development of new businesses.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Product Owner/Manager, Business Specialist or UX related roles.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- Knowledge in the use of online data analysis tools that provide information about user behavior on a website, such as Hotjar, GA, Optimizely or similar tools.
- Studies and /or solid experience in UX-UI, design and/or business analysis and market strategy.
- Having an understanding and/or practical experience about software development and web technologies is an advantage.
- High attention to detail.
- Good spoken and written English.
