General role description:
Manage the patient support program (PSP) of Janssen Latin America South, ensuring a high level of service, maximization of resources, maintaining an outstanding relationship and performance with the different areas that impact a PSP and ensuring compliance with Company policies.

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
1. Provide support to CVTs in the design, implementation, and follow-up of patient support initiatives through innovation and competitor analysis
2. Continuous improvement of the program to provide better services to patients, helping them meet the objectives of their Therapeutic Area
3. Strengthen Janssen's reputation and comply with corporate policies and procedures and local regulation. This charge must ensure that the programs are within the current regulatory standards.
4. Design and update the reports on the Janssen ESENCIAL platform to provide an adequate analysis of the program information to support the business strategies, under the established confidentiality policies.
5. Coordinate a process that guarantees that all information is updated in JJAR and ACTRIALS.
6. Monitoring of contracts and services with PSP vendors.
7. Creation and monitoring of OC/Invoices and payments
8. Reconcile expenses vs budget.
9. Manages a productive, but challenging relationship with external service providers

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION

1. Design the processes that guarantee high efficiency and compliance with the requirements established in the local and regional policies and procedures of a PSP.
2. Ensure compliance with program management indicators agreed with the CVTs
3. Guarantee compliance with agreements, policies and service levels agreed in the contracts of each of the providers of the patient program in the country, adapting new service schemes according to the areas of opportunity.
4. Maintain the operation of the patient program under the established budget.
5. Permanently monitors the satisfaction of internal customers
6. Coordinate the training of all the participants of the Program (Call Center, Nurses, coordinators).
7. Regularly monitors the competitiveness of the program’s vs those of the competition

1. Professionals graduated
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Patient support program or in coordination roles in health institutions.(required)
3. English: intermediate level (desirable)
