**What role you will play in our team**:

- Support to Logistics Optimization & Business Development (LOBD) team by coordinating and ensuring end to end flawless processing of contracts in systems.
- Support relevant stages of the contract management process.
- Ensures task administration is carried out in a timely, accurate manner in line with the contract.
- Serve as key contact for transactional troubleshooting, primary interface between Negotiators and back-office for pricing inquiries.
- Location: Retiro, Buenos Aires.

**What you will do**:
- Enters commercial transactions into systems (SAP) on behalf of LOBD Negotiators.
- Maintains repository of contracts/amendments/approvals/supporting documents in relevant systems/tools (e.g. administration, electronic/physical filing) as required.
- Monitors/supports contractual task execution (e.g. maintaining dedicated repository, data collection, review analysis).
- Tracks contractual notices, ensures adequate review is obtained timely and notice periods are met (e.g. evergreen, auto-renewal, expiration and standard contract templates).
- Supports contract owners in resolving operational, commercial or contractual issues.
- Point of contact from contract to settlement, back-office liaison with Negotiators.
- Initiate Customer / Vendor Master Data setup.

**Preferred Qualifications/ Experience**
- Bachelor Degree: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Business Administration or Economics and International Trade.

- Teamwork and customer oriented.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Systems knowledge applicable to the position:

- SAP
- Microsoft package
