**Responsibilities**:Architecture & Design**:

- Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and coding best practices.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective.

**Technical Leadership**:

- Guide engineering teams through technical decisions and implementation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.
- Mentor developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

**Collaboration & Delivery**:

- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Partner with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (Azure preferred).
- Support the evaluation and integration of third-party tools, frameworks, and APIs.

**Governance & Innovation**:

- Define and maintain reference architectures and reusable components.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
MUST be proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish (85%)
10+ years of software development experience in general
5+ years in an architectural or technical leadership role
8+ years of Web Applications, Web API development using.NET Framework,.NET Core
Excellent understanding of ASP.NET WebForms.
Working experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions and Azure API Management.
Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (REST, SOAP).
Knowledge of React/Vue.js is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and propose innovative solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Able to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centered solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to AI/ML, data engineering, or advanced analytics within.NET or Azure ecosystems.
- Certification(s) in Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect or related fields.
