**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Participate in all mandatory training provided by the company, such as those related to Trade Compliance and all training related to compliance with legal regulations and / or Corporate Policies, and may also be the mentor/guide of these issues if it is required.
- Provides strategic, tactical consultation and support to Automation Solutions Management Team implementing HR initiatives to support business objectives. Ensures appropriate line management ownership and shares accountability for accomplishing objectives.
- Engages and Leads Business Organizational Decisions.
- Translates the strategic business plans into HR strategies, ensuring that all programs including, performance management, professional development & training, compensation and internal communications drive on‐going development of a high performance culture.
- Ensures HR metrics and key performance indicator systems are consistently tracking the appropriate measures and provoking appropriate responsive behavior
- Leads Key Employees Careers (Golden L).
- Ensures compliance with country labor and employment regulations and Emerson HR policies, practices, and initiatives.
- Outlines and Ensures Listening Program & Engagement on Employee Experience.
- Leads Local Organization Review and Talent Review
- Creates Wellbeing & DEIB Strategy
- Leads and mentors line management in identifying talent needs, hiring A‐players, and developing & retaining outstanding people, focused on achieving stretch objectives.
- Drives Team Building and Integration of Southern Cone region.
- Leads and implement change management initiatives to build a high-performance organization (moves, policies, etc)
- Leads and implement internal communication strategy.
- Coordinates Team activities and Development Paths of HR SC Team
- Supports business leaders to design detailed development and retention plans in order to improve performance and potential of key talent.
- Manages Compensation and Rewards policies in order to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Ensures timely delivery of corporate training and development programs that align strategic leadership, staffing, training, and performance management processes to ensure highest competency levels and uniform performance standards.
- Ensure timely recruitment in order to meet business needs in collaboration with HR shared services in Costa Rica.
- Leads and implement Employee Retention and key Employee Identification initiatives
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in HR, business or closely related discipline is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
- Has 10+ years Human Resources experience, including successfully holding senior HR positions in high growth environments. Ideally an individual who has led a global or international team and lived and worked in another country.
- Knowledge in quality management systems
- Ability to drive initiatives within a highly independent and autonomous environment.
- An accomplished HR generalist who has lead a cross functional HR team, worked in highly matrix organizational structure with high emphasis for success placed on influence and partnership with the business.
- Specialties: Organizational & People Development, HR Strategic Planning, Change Management, Succession Planning, Internal Communication, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Hiring. Experienced in projects of culture and values dissemination
- Excellent verbal, listening, presentation and writing communication skills in Spanish & English.
