**Job Title: Careers and Outreach Manager - £34,250 per Annum**

Essential requirements:

- NVQ in Advice and Guidance at Level 7 (or working towards)
- Awareness of the new Common inspection Framework and the impact that this has on FE Providers
- Experience working within an education institution

An Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ Further Education College is looking to recruit an passionate and experienced Careers and Outreach Manager on a permanent basis.

Due to upcoming mergers travel between sites will be required.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

- Lead a passionate team to evolve CIAG provisions, manage reception operations and deliver an outstanding service to the student body.
- Building a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders and delivering CIAG service to the community
- Utilize existing knowledge to explore modern learning pathways for students in further education
- Support the continue professional development within the team through effective use of KPIs and objectives.
