**What are we looking for?**:

- Act as the main enabler for the Supply Finance transformation agenda which includes the Finance of Tomorrow transition, Digital Agenda Tool and the Market & Factory P&L implementation in LATAM Pet Nutrition. It includes the proper mapping of the new operational wow among MGS, Market Finance, Supply Chain and the rest of the Business, assuring a smooth transition with the proper mapping, and deep dive of each process (when, what, to whom etc).

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- ** LATAM Supply Finance organizational change management**: this role will be the key support position to implement the new Supply Finance organizational design. This role should help us to Engage the R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing, Logistics and S&F communities in the region to improve and change current structure and ways of working to pursue organizational efficiency, scale and correct focus on improvement priorities.
- Positioning as a clear PMO for 12-24 months time frame focused on assuring a smooth transition of the Cost Accounting activities into the Supply Finance structure as prime/material, manufacturing, and logistics costs.
- ** SFO**: Set the basis for the centralizing and transitioning Cost Accounting (Shared Service Center) activities into Supply Finance structure as reporting, control, STD analysis, FAA forecast and TP forecasting. Assure the business continuity after FOT transition, without any business disruption.
- ** Provide detailed transition plan for Supply Finance processes as in Prime, Manufacturing and Logistics among the region (5 BU, 5 factories, 2 clusters). **Align with MGS team the new wow among the main process such as TP forecasting, FAA Depreciation, STD Cost Analysis, etc.
- Define the new ICP transfer price wow, including forecasting.
- ** Market & Factory P&L**:Be the main stakeholder to support on the Factory and Market P&L new mapping, assuring the proper cost allocation and system performance.
- ** Digital**:Be the **Digital Supply Finance champion** for the Supply Finance and MAC Analytics tool that enables the proper transition to the automatization and digitalization in line with the FOT mindset and the new Finance role (add value role).
- ** Coordinate the definition and activities to transfer to Supply Finance. **Assure the proper mapping and HO transition plan of the new activities. Validate the new activities that should be transition to SF. Lead the proper way to absorb these new activities as well, confirm additional resources if needed.
- Assure the proper operating model change for Supply Finance LATAM, with the different stakeholders: MGS, Genpact, Market Finance, Controlling and the different operational teams as Manufacturing, Logistics, Demand, Commercial, etc.
- ** Ensure an adequate internal control environment. **Responsible to help to assure financial governance and controls of the transition.
- Be an **active leader** to support to outline the plan and timetable for delivery of the program. Align on timetable among different stakeholders with a holistic vision to avoid any business disruption.
- Will be responsible for lead and doing a follow up from S&F perspective about the different initiatives related Supply Finance transition: give the analysis, projections, propose new initiatives, etc.
- Working closely with the internal FOT PMO LATAM.
- Will work together with Prime Manager, Logistics Manager and MCC Managers in each plant; to get the real understanding of the processes and the best wow to transition them, proposing synergies and automatization.
- High exposure role that will work closer with Senior Leader in Supply Chain and Commercial function, Market Finance Heads, Controlling and VP SF.
