We are seeking a highly motivated Full time Software Architect to support our leading LATAM projects. All projects are being developed using agile project management, development techniques and experience in this area is essential.

As part of our continued growth we’re looking for versatile and experienced Software Delivery Managers to join us in Argentina offices.

Key Responsibilities
- Solve technical queries of the development teams.
- Support the effort estimation process for complex functionalities.
- Provide high and low-level design of the key modules in the system.
- Code complex pieces of software or give initial solution structure as a frame of reference for further development by the team.
- Performance analysis and optimization of the solution according to functional and non-functional requirements.
- Focal point for the Development area discussing technical aspects of implementations in the core and/or project side.
- Identify functionality that may be beneficial to be implemented in the core.
- Enforce technical standards, including coding standards, tools, or platforms aligned with the Product area standards.
- Ensure that the development comply with baseline requirements while keeping it aligned with the Product roadmap.
Provide hardware sizing specifications based on the Product area hardware requirements as baseline.
- Attend, upon request, meetings with the client in order to discuss specific requirements and technical implementation aspects.

Essential skills:

- 3+ years of checked experience acting as Software Architect or similar position.
- An ability to identify and overcome impediments.
- A flexible, 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to understand and write complex software solutions.
- Willingness to strive for best practices and code quality.
- A helicopter view of the solutions as well as been able to take a dive into details when necessary.
- Knowledge of design patterns.
- Service delivery orientation.
- C# proficiency.
- Medium or Advanced English level

Desirable skills:

- Knowledge of requirements management tools and development environments (VSTF, Azure DevOps, Jira)
- Knowledge of Unit Testing and Dependency Injection
- Working knowledge of Git version control system
- Knowledge of networks / communications, S.O.
- Knowledge of Angular +2 and JavaScript
- Experience in.NET Framework (C# is a must)
- Experience in relational SQL databases (i.e. SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
