Senior Java Back End Developer

**What you will do**
- Product development of Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products, enhancing usability, quality, and feature set;
- Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery timelines;
- A cleanly designed, reusable client integration system built adhering to secure cloud software best practices;
- Contributing to technical documentation and automated build and deployment processes designed to increase engineer efficiency.

**Must haves**
- Proven experience of technical end-to-end product ownership and ability to meet deadlines;
- 5+ years’ experience in software development for technology companies;
- 2+ years’ experience building software in the cloud (AWS preferred);
- High level of proficiency in Java and SQL;
- Knowledge of or prior experience with microservices architecture ;
- DevOps mindset of automation and continuous improvement.
