**Propósito de la posición**:
NBS Latam es un lugar de trabajo dinámico y desafiante. Como analista, serás responsable de asistir al equipo para satisfacer las necesidades del mercado en relación con las operaciones diarias de captura de demanda y el proceso de notas de crédito/débito.

**Un día en la vida de**
- Participar en reuniones operativas.
- Apoyar en la transición de nuevos servicios.
- Participar en iniciativas de NCE.
- Apoyar al Gerente de Línea y al equipo en las actividades diarias.
- Asegurar una gestión efectiva del proceso de captura de demanda.
- Mantener la precisión y puntualidad en la ejecución.
- Entregar el nível de servicio acordado al mercado.
- Proporcionar apoyo administrativo al Coordinador de Activos Comerciales en los siguientes aspectos:

- Realizar el monitoreo diario de las actividades de BMB para las máquinas de bebidas Nestlé Professional.
- Ser el punto de contacto para los Campeones de BMB del mercado, gestionando la demanda y alineando procesos.
- Ser un respaldo efectivo para otros mercados para cubrir vacaciones y ausencias del equipo.
- Actualizar informes y formularios de procesos de Backoffice.

**Lo que te hará exitoso**
- Inglés intermedio (L2).
- Habilidades para trabajar con organizaciones de diferentes níveles, trabajo en equipo y mentalidad de servicio.
- Habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral.
- Conocimiento intermedio de SAP y Excel.
- Capacidad para realizar gestión de stakeholders.
- Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad a las demandas y requisitos de un entorno de ritmo rápido con múltiples prioridades.
- Graduado (o en curso) en Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad, Economía o áreas relacionadas.
