**What you´ll do**

You, as Project Consultant - Finance in GFA COO Service Delivery & Cross Topics (f/m/d), deliver services to the broader GFA community which fulfill the Service Delivery & Cross Topics Value Proposition. You will:

- Support projects to help finance leaders to achieve the GFA target picture with segmented customers and optimally deployed modes of business-partnering: custom services (location independent), standard services (delivered from shared delivery hubs) and customer self-services (automated delivery).
- Support Finance Function leaders to manage their service and project portfolios for what’s most valuable to their customers. This includes portfolio additions for new services demanded by customers and removal of services which are no longer sufficiently valued.
- Collaborate with finance leaders who are setting up new, cross-functional teams to clarify individual teams’ purpose, responsibilities, and ways of interacting, thereby increasing the impact of the team.
- Where teams are struggling to deliver transaction volume and automation has not yet arrived, support finance leaders with a replicable approach to discover and realize adjustments their teams can make to deliver high flow and quickly adapt to new conditions.
- Deliver post-merger integration, divestiture, legal entity consolidation, liquidation & foundation, & company code creation services to support SAP & GFA strategy.
- Support strategic, cross-functional GFA projects
- Support Finance Function Leaders and their team members to consistently transform their organization & services to realize the optimal GFA service delivery target picture with a focus to improve GFA customer centricity & satisfaction, employee experience and delivery efficiency.
- Realize the value of our acquisitions by supporting projects to integrate acquired company finance departments onto GFA’s shared delivery model and systems
- Realize the value of our divestitures by supporting projects to cleanly carve out and hand over finance activities and resources to the acquiring company.
- Contain costs associated with legal entity proliferation through helping to ensure new legal entity requests have a strong business case with proven return on investment. Adhering to applicable standards when creating the new company codes in our systems.

**What you bring**
- University degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Ability to work in a virtual team
- Strong leadership skill to manage project team members without formal authority
- High flexibility and ability to work across various time-zones to address project needs
- Business fluent in English

**Work experience**
- 5 years of relevant experience in GFA (GFSS, GCF is advantage)
- Strong understanding of SAP GFA operating model including upstream & downstream dependencies
- Previous project management experience
