**Responsibilities**:

- Take full ownership of AI solutions, including the design, coding, implementation, and optimization of machine learning models.
- Develop autonomous AI software and machine learning systems to automate prediction models.
- Identify business issues and opportunities that can be solved using ML solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams and technical customers.
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy **Large Language Models (LLMs)** using tools like **Hugging Face** or **OpenAI**, enhancing their capabilities through **Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)** systems.
- Design cloud enterprise solutions and support customer projects to completion using platforms like **AWS**, **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**, or **Azure**.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure AI development aligns with business and technical objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science** or equivalent practical experience.
- At least **4 years** of experience building machine learning solutions and working with technical customers.
- Proven experience coding in one or more general-purpose languages (e.g., **Python**, **Java**, **Go**, **C*, or **C++*), including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Experience developing AI agents using tools like **Langchain** or similar frameworks.
- Strong experience fine-tuning **LLMs** using platforms like **Hugging Face**, **OpenAI**, or equivalent.
- Experience designing cloud enterprise solutions and managing customer projects from start to finish.
- Solid understanding of **Machine Learning** concepts, **NLP**, **Deep Learning**, and experience with frameworks such as **TensorFlow** or **PyTorch**.
- Experience in developing and deploying complex **RAG** systems to enhance LLM capabilities.
- **Fluency in English and Spanish** (spoken and written) to engage effectively with local stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred**:

- Contributions to open-source projects or AI-related communities.
- Experience with **Reinforcement Learning** and **Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs)**.
- Publications in recognized AI conferences or journals.

Pay: $16,067.82 - $29,246.39 per month
