Job Responsibilities:

- Recruit & establish a Team of Video Editors & Remote Camera Operators
- Assist with staffing & recruitment for the larger organization
- Establish Infrastructure & working environment for the new Team
- Assist with Global Payroll Operations via Rippling
- Draft and manage HR Documentation with the Chief Admin Officer

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Business English, writing and speaking
- Experience with Rippling Global Payroll Platform a PLUS
- 3 years experience in Recruiting
- Tech Savvy with MS Office, Indeed, Google Docs, Docusign

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $550,000.00 - $800,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)
- Rippling: 1 year (preferred)
