**Role Description**
This is a full-time remote role for a Front Desk Associate at Sofia Health. This role entails a range of essential responsibilities, encompassing instructor management, customer support, administrative tasks, and maintaining seamless communication with members. You must have a certificate in health and wellness or fitness, yoga to be eligible.
**Qualifications**
- Yoga Instructor, Fitness, or other health and wellness equivalent.
- Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service skills
- Computer Literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
