UX Designer

Then keep reading. **About You** You are passionate about exceptionally designed, functional software. As a Sr. User Experience Designer, you are a generalist design leader comfortable collaborating with user experience designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders. You understand the importance of business objectives and are keen to understand your users through research so that you can craft an experience that will successfully solve problems and impact the business. You are proficient in design tools like: InVision, Sketch, and wireframing/prototyping apps (Axure, Balsamiq, Proto.io, etc.) and have solid experience with Sketch. You have experience with Forms. You also have experience with Figma than it is a big plus. You can think big picture and create user flows, can craft personas representing the different types of users, but really go deep on optimizing behavior in a single screen. You are thoughtful in your approach and can walk us through designs and explain where you changed your own mind or someone else's in the process. You are open to collaboration and love finding the great idea that hides behind the good ones. You can easily zoom out and in as necessary. You can work 100% timezone-aligned with Central European Time (Berlin, Paris). Overlap with your team is critical when working in a global remote team. Modus requires all team members to overlap with EST morning hours daily. In addition, reliable high speed internet is a must.
