**BRANDTRACK** is a global B2B music Software as a Service (SaaS) that was created to meet the Retails', Hotels', and Restaurants' needs when they have to decide which songs to play inside the stores to create great moments for their customers and increase their profitability.

As **UI/UX Designer** you’ll be the main contact to create the experience and design of
each of the components of our solution: customer portal, apps, internal management
system and websites.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has expertise and experience in SaaS
models to guarantee the optimization of our solution.

**Y**ou’ll be responsible for**:

- Design the interfaces that ensure the operation and understanding of the users
of the Brandtrack platforms (Customer Portal, Internal Management Portal, app
and future projects).
- Measure behavior, identify points of conflict and propose corrections in project
flows.
- Provide developers with timely figma designs to be implemented in code.
- Validate the correct implementation of the prototypes in code, ensuring that thereare no modifications by third parties that have not been approved.

**What you'll do**
- Complete stage 1 of the internal management portal, ensuring the correct
implementation of the design and developing the screens that may be needed.
- Develop the interface of the new playback app that our clients use in each of
their stores. Design from scratch the new version of My Brandtrack, the portal used by customers to manage their accounts.
- Execute the development of stage 2 of the internal management portal, which is
based on designing each of the screens of the music module so that the
engineering team can implement it in code.
- Design the new website together with the Sales and Product teams, ensuring the
user experience and business requirements.

**What are we looking for**:

- 3 Years of experience
- Work with Figma, Adobe Suite, Clickup and metrics tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel or
similar)
- Profile in Behance
- Have 2 years of previous experience building SaaS products
- Previous experience in working for other regions, in different time zones and with
- Advanced English - fluent communication skills for calls, video calls, and/or
writing.
- Global location, fully remote.
