With a global mindset and a strong local presence in Rosario, we are scaling rapidly and building a world-class go-to-market team.We are looking for a Revenue Operations Leader who will be the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—streamlining operations, improving processes, and driving alignment across teams to enable scalable growth.What You'll DoBuild and optimize scalable systems and processes across our revenue funnel (from lead to renewal)Own the tech stack for GTM teams (CRM, marketing automation, reporting tools, etc.
), ensuring tools are integrated and leveraged effectivelyCreate and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models to drive data-driven decisionsIdentify bottlenecks in the sales and customer journey; recommend improvements and automation where possiblePartner with leadership to define KPIs, SLAs, and performance tracking across teamsSupport compensation plan design, territory planning, and quota settingLead cross-functional projects to support GTM strategy, including launching new markets, segments, or playbooksWhat We're Looking For3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or related roles (experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus)Strong experience with Salesforce.Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authorityAnalytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailComfortable operating in a fast-paced, international, and high-growth environmentEnglish proficiency (you'll be working with international stakeholders)Nice to HaveExperience with sales enablement, customer success operations, or marketing opsFamiliarity with revenue forecasting and pipeline managementPrevious work in a startup or scaleup environmentWhy Momentum?Be part of a mission-driven team growing rapidly across global marketsCompetitive compensation package and growth opportunitiesA culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous learning
