Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Talent Acquisition Sr, para sumarse al equipo de recursos humanos de una empresa de servicios B2B, líder en LATAM, que brinda programas de bienestar para empleados. Este rol será quien tendrá un papel fundamental en la identificación, atracción y selección de talento de primera categoría para satisfacer las necesidades de personal a nível Latam.

**Tus principales responsabilidades seran**:
Adquicision de Talentos utilizando diversos canales tanto como publicaciones y Hunting
Coordinación del proceso End to End
Investigación de mercado, seguimiento de métricas y analisis competitivo
Analizar datos de adquisición de talento para identificar tendencias y áreas de mejora.
Evaluar y proponer tecnologías y herramientas de reclutamiento innovadoras

**Requisitos**:
Graduado/a de Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Psicología o carrera afín (excluyente) 4 años de experiência realizando procesos end-to-end y en empresas de servicios B2B (excluyente). Manejo de plataformas de reclutamiento tipo Bumeran, Zonajobs entre otras. (excluyente) Nível Intermedio/Avanzado de Excel (excluyente) Inglés: Avanzado (excluyente)
Nos inclinamos por perfiles que hayan trabajado con un alto nível de demanda y experiência en procesos de selección de posiciones estratégicas.
