**About the Role**
We are looking for a **highly proactive, independent, and results-driven** **Senior UX Designer** to take full ownership of the user experience across our e-commerce platform. This role requires someone who can work autonomously to research, design, and optimize both mobile and desktop experiences, collaborating closely with the marketing team while ensuring data-driven improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Own the end-to-end UX process**, from user research to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
- Conduct user research, analyze behavioral data, and identify pain points to improve usability and conversion rates.
- Optimize mobile and desktop experiences, improving **navigation, page speed, and overall usability**.
- Collaborate with the **A/B Tester** to experiment with different layouts and refine designs based on performance.
- Work closely with marketing and developers to implement **data-driven design improvements**.
- Ensure a smooth, intuitive user journey **from landing pages to checkout**.
- Maintain a strong focus on **e-commerce KPIs, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and engagement metrics**.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- **5+ years of UX design experience in e-commerce** (Shopify experience is a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing **mobile and e-commerce UX projects**.
- Advanced proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch**.
- Hands-on experience with **A/B testing tools, heatmaps, and user session analytics**.
- Ability to work **independently**, take ownership of UX strategy, and drive initiatives **without constant supervision**.
- Strong understanding of **conversion optimization, user psychology, and usability best practices**.
- **Advanced English proficiency** (written and spoken) - clear communication is a must.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Familiarity with **Shopify Liquid or front-end coding**.
- Experience working with **CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) specialists**.
- Background in performance-driven UX design for high-traffic e-commerce stores.
