Currently, we are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress/WooCommerce Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
As a WordPress/WooCommerce Performance Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our website built on WordPress and WooCommerce. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the speed, responsiveness, and overall efficiency of the site to ensure a seamless user experience. You will work closely with our development team to identify performance bottlenecks, implement solutions, and monitor the site's performance metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough performance analysis of the website built on WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks affecting site speed and responsiveness.
- Implement optimization techniques to improve page load times and overall site performance.
- Optimize server-side configurations including the LEMP stack (Linux, Nginx, MySQL, PHP).
- Collaborate with the development team to implement performance-enhancing solutions.
- Monitor website performance metrics and conduct regular performance audits.

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in website performance optimization.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience optimizing WordPress and WooCommerce websites for performance.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with server-side configurations, particularly the LEMP stack (Linux, Nginx, MySQL, PHP).
- Familiarity with WordPress plugins such as ACF Pro, Gravity Forms, and Yoast.
- Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
