**Your Role: Personal Administrative Assistant to the COO**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Personal Administrative Assistant** to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO) in driving efficiency and organization.

**Your Role**:

- **Administrative Support**: Manage the COO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- **Documentation**: Prepare, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and other documents.
- **Task Management**: Assist in prioritizing tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects, and tracking progress while reporting delays.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize business travel, company events, and team meetings as needed.
- **Information Management**: Maintain confidentiality and effectively manage sensitive information.
- **Research**: Conduct research and compile data for decision-making purposes.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Trustworthy with proven experience as an administrative or executive assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PDF, Google services, and CRM software.
- Proven ability to effectively utilize AI resources.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (minimum B1 level).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
- Willingness to work MST business hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $900.00 - $1,000.00 per month
