**Job responsibilities**

- Review and process access requests, perform access reviews, and maintain accurate records of user permissions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service to end users.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, sharing knowledge and leveraging diverse perspectives to solve complex access management challenges.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to team members, ensuring tasks and responsibilities are aligned with security and business objectives for efficient and effective outcomes.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**

- Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in identity and access management (IAM).
- Proficiency in using access management and automation technologies to support and implement provisioning initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from different departments, disciplines, or areas of expertise within an organization.
- Experience in using ticketing systems, access management tools, and digital platforms to solve problems and improve processes.
- Ability to generate new and useful ideas, obtain buy-in, and execute in order to deliver solutions that add value.
- Excellent team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of software delivery lifecycle and skills in industry standard security and access management methodologies.
- Skill in utilizing conflict management techniques to resolve stakeholder issues and facilitate effective collaboration.

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**

- Proficiency in implementing access controls and segregation of duties to support compliance and audit requirements.
- Developing capability to craft clear and effective documentation for access provisioning processes and procedures.
- Relevant certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Certified Identity and Access Manager, or equivalent).
- Competence in using advanced IAM analytics tools to analyze trends.
